The project

Green Gables sits across a hillside plot: one storey to the rear garden, two to the street. The amended planning set was produced the traditional way, sheet by sheet in 2D CAD, with plans, sections, elevations, foundations and roof trusses. We have rebuilt the whole scheme in 3D from those sheets, gable by gable, so you can see the difference a model makes: three glazed gables facing the valley, an external stair rising to the entrance deck, and a curved retaining wall carrying a glass balustrade around the forecourt.
